Meet Julio Arco – The Heart Behind Habitari
At the center of Hogarly is Julio Arco, an architect, designer, educator, and founder with a passion for intentional, human-centered spaces. Julio brings years of international experience in residential architecture, urban planning, and interior design—and has studied at top institutions including McGill University and ITESM (Tec de Monterrey). He is also a proud member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
But more than that, Julio is someone who truly lives design. From leading study groups and teaching at ITESM, to working with nonprofits on inclusive schools and wellness-based housing, his mission has always been clear:
